Hotel policy

General provisions

  1. 01 These rules are aligned with current Bulgarian legislation.
  2. 02 Hotel Rostov guarantees confidentiality and protection of its guests' personal data.
  3. 03 Hotel management reserves the right to terminate services to guests who break the rules and the hotel's policy.

Stay and accommodation rules

  1. 01 The hotel operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  2. 02 Check-in is from 14:00.
  3. 03 Check-out is by 12:00.
  4. 04 Upon check-in, guests must present a valid identity document.
  5. 05 Late check-out (after 12:00) is charged at 50% of the room rate and is offered subject to availability. Departure must be no later than 17:30.
  6. 06 Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00.
  7. 07 For the safety of valuables and documents, we recommend using the reception safe.
  8. 08 The hotel is not liable for personal items left unattended in rooms or common areas.
  9. 09 Lost-and-found items are kept for up to 3 months.
  10. 10 Common areas of the hotel are under video surveillance for guest safety and peace of mind.
  11. 11 Parking spaces are limited, allocated based on availability and cannot be reserved in advance.
  12. 12 The hotel is not responsible for damage to vehicles parked on hotel premises.
  13. 13 Hotel management reserves the right to terminate the stay of guests who break the rules and the good order of the hotel.

For order and safety, the following is prohibited

The following actions and behaviour are not permitted on hotel premises:

  1. × Smoking in all enclosed hotel premises. A fine of 50 EUR is charged for any breach.
  2. × Use of electric or gas appliances in rooms.
  3. × Use of candles and other flammable materials.
  4. × Sharing the room key card with third parties.
  5. × Storage of dangerous substances and objects.
  6. × Removal or rearrangement of furniture from the rooms.
  7. × Breach of public order, aggressive behaviour and actions endangering the health and property of other guests.
  8. × Deliberate damage to hotel property.
  9. × Parking in a manner that obstructs access or movement around the hotel.
  10. × Staying with pets.
